Introducing the Falmouth Community Television (FCTV) Digital Navigator program to connect you to local volunteers who provide patient, one-on-one and small-group technical skills training in community-based locations throughout Falmouth.
Types of help you can get:
- Starting your online job application
- Applying for benefits
- Managing your healthcare
- Staying connected to family, friends, and community
- Using a computer, laptop, or Smartphone
- Using email, text, or video calling
FCTV also has an open Computer Lab & no-cost Tech Support.
Our location is 310 Dillingham Avenue in Falmouth.
Computers (with Internet access) are available in our computer lab during open hours:
Monday-Thursday & Sunday: 12pm–8pm, Friday: 10am–6pm.
We are closed on Saturday and on other select days. Call first. A digital navigator will be on site to help 9:30-11am Mondays, 3-5pm Wednesdays, and 10:30-12pm Fridays. We also have private workspace.
Need a computer to take home? Loaners available.

Falmouth Public Library: Tuesdays 12-2pm (drop-in help and loaner PCs available)
Falmouth Senior Center: Thursdays 9-11am (call 508-540-0196 for appointment)
