Exciting news! After going virtual in 2020, Poetic License is making a comeback with an in-person event on June 22 at 7 pm. We are reaching out to poets, storytellers, and musicians of Falmouth to join us at the studios of Falmouth Community Television for an open mic evening of artistic performances.
We invite you to be a part of this special event and showcase your artistic talents to our local community. Poetic License, hosted by the talented Donna Scheer, has always been a welcoming platform for artists to express themselves, and we want to highlight the exceptional talent that Falmouth has to offer.
Each performer will be given a dedicated four-minute slot to share their original poem, story, or song. It’s a wonderful opportunity to captivate the audience with your unique voice and artistic expression. Whether you’re an established artist or just starting out, we welcome you to step onto our stage and share your creativity.
The entire evening will be recorded and replayed on FCTV Public Channel 13, YouTube, and our Roku and Apple TV channels. This means your performance will reach a wide audience, spreading the magic of our local Cape Cod talent far and wide!
